Welcome to The Muscle Maid

Hi there! I'm Amy, the "muscle" behind The Muscle Maid. The name was inspired by my passion for fitness, strength training, and the belief that hard work and discipline can transform every area of life — including the spaces we live in.

The idea for The Muscle Maid was created over a weekend breakfast conversation in Mystic, Connecticut while I was attending school full time but feeling called toward entrepreneurship and building something meaningful of my own. Funny enough, one of my favorite jobs in college was cleaning hotel rooms at the Marriott. I've always found satisfaction in creating clean, organized, refreshed spaces and helping create a foundation for others to feel their best.

At The Muscle Maid, we believe a clean home contributes to a clear, calm mind. When your environment feels refreshed and cared for, you're able to focus more fully on the things that matter most — family, work, health, rest, and enjoying life.

The Muscle Maid was founded with a vision of serving others while building a business rooted in pride, professionalism, and care. We are proud to serve our community in Groton and surrounding areas of Southeastern Connecticut and Rhode Island.
